Advisors can export Positions by Lots, to later upload to their partner rebalancing tool. Once exported, exported files can be used with the following rebalancing tools:
• iRebal
• Total Rebalance Expert (TrX)
• TradeWarrior
• ATOM ALIGN
• Redblack Rebalance Express
• Envestnet
• Tamarac (Advisor Rebalancing)
Before you Export your files, you must decide whether you want to generate your files manually or create a daily or weekly schedule to generate your files. Once generated, you can download your xml file to your hard drive. From there, follow instructions provided by your partner rebalancing tool to upload your Account Positions by Lots xml file.

How do I export my Account Positions by Lots Manually?
To generate your Account Positions by Lot file manually, complete the following steps:
1. Click Tools … Export … Account Positions by Lots. A new dialog box will open.
2. Select how you want to group your Account ID’s from the following options
a. Group each Account ID in its own Group
b. Group Account ID for Clients
c. Group Account ID for Groups.
3. Click Run Export Now. Once generated, your Export will be available under Recent Exports.
Note: Your five most recent files will be available under Recent Exports.
4. Click on the Export icon and save your XML file to your local drive.
5. Click Save + Close.
How do I create a schedule to export my Account Positions by Lot?
To create a schedule to generate your Account Positions by Lots, complete the following steps:
1. Click Tools … Export … Account Positions by Lots. A new dialog box will open.
2. Select how you want to group your Account ID’s from the following options
a. Group each Account ID in its own Group
b. Group Account ID for Clients
c. Group Account ID for Groups.
3. Select Create Export Schedule.
4. Choose your Frequency (Daily or Weekly)
5. Select your Start Time (9:00 am to 4:00 pm Central)
6. Enter your email address to be notified when your export is complete. You exported xml file will be available under Recent Exports.
Note: Your five most recent files will be available under Recent Exports.
7. Click on the Export icon and save your XML file to your local drive.
8. Click Save + Close.
