Before you begin the Import process, you must first select your preferred Import Interfaces. Each interface specifies requirements for a particular custodian or other import method. The Import Interface will also detail the type of data you will be importing for a particular Interface type.
To select your preferred interfaces:
From the global toolbar located at the top of any main screen, select Import.
If no interfaces have been selected for inclusion on the import list, the Edit Import Interfaces dialogue box automatically appears. If interfaces already exist on the import list, you can add or remove an interface type by clicking the Action...Edit Import Interfaces menu.
From the Available Import Interfaces section (at the top of the dialog box), check the box to the left of the import interface(s) you would like to add.
Click the down arrow icon in the middle of the dialog box to transfer the item(s) you selected to the Selected Import Interfaces section.
Conversely, from the Selected Import Interfaces section (at the bottom of the dialog box), check the box to the left of the import interface(s) you would like to remove.
Click the up arrow icon in the middle of the dialog box to transfer the item(s) back to the Available Import Interfaces section.
Click OK to close the dialog box.
Once the interface names are added to your Import window, you can double-click on any import interface to begin importing, or click here
